In 1991 I created this painting by inspiration - meaning I listened as my feelings gave me the words of what to do each step in the painting until completion.

When I was finished with the painting I stepped back and asked myself what does it mean; and to my surprise words began to come from my feelings into mental clarity so I wrote them down and later made this bookmark.

In 2001 after the horrific events against humanity of 9/11 had happened, I realized our need to live by the universal life sustaining principals Creator has put within us to avoid decline and secure our progress.

I felt impressed to paint the subject again to inspire us to embrace and protect the cause of Freedom.

I titled the painting:

Embracing Freedom

May we learn and remember, the price of true freedom is to listen within and align our life with the voice of our Soul.
